"Customer service was a real headache"
I tried reaching out to sunnyangela.com about my order, it was such a hassle. The replies was super slow, and when they finally got back to me, it seemed like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. I had to explain the same issue more than once, which got really annoying. Not helpful at all, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

"Kinda wish I hadn’t ordered"
I ordered a couple of things, but one of them didn’t fit, so I ended up sending it back. i had a bit of buyer’s remorse after the whole thing because the return process wasn’t super clear and I kept wondering if it was even worth the hassle. The refund took about two weeks, which felt slow, but customer support did get back to me when I reached out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not one I’m excited to repeat.

The shipping took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. It still arrived in good condition, and I was able to use it for what I needed, so overall it was fine.

The fit was just okay. I usually know my size well, so it kind of feels like the sizing chart might be a bit optimistic on this one. Not terrible, but definitely runs smaller than I expected.

"Too expensive for what it is"
As someone who’s careful about where my money goes, I just couldn’t see the value here. It felt way too pricey for what you actually get.
